This building is offered for hire for sports events, containing changing and relaxation facilities. When not in use for this purpose, the meeting room may be hired on its own - see Meeting Room 2.
It was fitted out in 2016, and includes two Changing Rooms. Each Changing Room contains benches and hat and coat rails, LED lighting, and two showers. The flooring is Atlas 40 which is resistant, as much as can be, to studs and spikes.
Also in the building are toilets (male/female/disabled), Meeting Room 2, kitchen (for preparation of drinks), cleaner's store, and chair/table store.
